3Age and Eligibility Requirements

• The source of deposits must be a valid account held in the member's own name. Payments from third parties are not accepted.

5Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bh999 offers various types of bonuses to members. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions, and failure to meet these conditions may result in the bonus being cancelled.

Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit at bh999, up to ৳20,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, your total balance will be ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus funds, you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

• Each bonus has a specific validity period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus and any winnings from it will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless bh999 has specifically approved this.
• bh999 may change or withdraw any bonus offer at its discretion.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, bh999 reserves the right to investigate and cancel the bonus.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the original stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• If the outcome of a bet or game is affected by a technical error, bh999 reserves the right to void that round or provide a corrected result.
• RTP information for all games is available on the relevant game page. RTP is a statistical average and is not guaranteed for every session.
• bh999 may set a maximum limit on any bet.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bh999. Violating any of these rules will result in the immediate closure of the account and the deposited funds may be forfeited:

• Following strategic betting patterns to circumvent bonus rules, known as "arbitrage" or "bonus hunting".

• Accessing or attempting to access another member's account.
• Gaining unauthorised access to the platform's systems or exploiting technical vulnerabilities.
• Creating an account under a false identity or operating an account in someone else's name.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device.

bh999 reserves the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant legal authorities.

8Responsible Gaming Policy

11Limitation of Liability

bh999 will not be liable for any loss arising from the following:

• A bet or game being interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical problem.
• A member's carelessness or disclosure of account details to a third party.
• Service interruption due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Any loss caused by a problem with the member's device or network.

bh999's total liability will not in any circumstance exceed the amount of the member's actual deposit.

12Dispute Resolution

If a member has a complaint about any matter, they must first contact the bh999 support team via 24/7 live chat or email.

• bh999 will aim to provide an initial response within 7 business days of the complaint being submitted.
• For complex matters, more time may be needed for a full investigation, and the member will be kept informed.
